Summary
The Best Connection are recruiting for a IT Support Technician for our client based in Wolverhampton This will be a temp role for a minimum 3 month term which could lead to a permanent role Paying £13.41 per hour Monday to Friday
08:00am - 17:00pm What Youll Be Doing: Provide 1st and 2nd line support for desktop, mobile, and network issues Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in a timely manner Set up new user accounts, equipment, and access rights Maintain and monitor system performance and backups Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and upgrades Document issues, fixes, and procedures for future reference What Were Looking For: Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking Strong communication and problem-solving skills A calm, friendly approach when supporting non-technical users Bonus: Experience with Active Directory, ticketing systems, or remote support tools
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Ongoing Assignment
