Based at - Cam Woodfield Junior School
We are looking for a Teaching Partner to join our talented and supportive team at Cam Woodfield Junior School. We are a thriving Multi-Academy Trust with a strong collective identity working together to generate and celebrate success within our communities. Start Date - September 2025
The Teaching Partner will be responsible for supporting the work of pupils across the school with SEMH needs, assisting them in being able to access the curriculum.
Working with the SENDCo, you will be directed on the best way to support the children and build effective and trusting relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and that they continue to progress. You will need to patient but assertive and be a positive role model. There will be the need to be flexible, adaptable and able to act proactively to unpredictable situations. There will be an expectation to cover break and lunch duties. We are committed to providing the very best learning experience for every young person in our Trust. You will be based at Cam Woodfield Junior School but you will be part of a wider family of schools working together and offering opportunities for career development across our Trust. You will bring energy, initiative, experience, attention to detail and an unlimited enthusiasm for transforming our pupils’ learning.
