Madani Schools Federation is seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Facilities Manager to join our dedicated team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to play a vital role in supporting the ongoing development of a thriving and ambitious educational environment. The successful candidate will take the lead in the strategic and day-to-day management of the school’s premises and facilities, ensuring they are safe, secure, well-maintained, and conducive to outstanding teaching and learning.
The role requires someone with excellent organisational skills, a strong understanding of health and safety legislation, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have experience in premises management within a school or similar environment and will be committed to upholding the high standards of our Federation.
Our most recent inspections for both, Madani Girls and Madani Boys School were graded as ‘Good’, with many exemplary and outstanding elements.
Our latest summer key performance information demonstrates that both of our schools are amongst the very best schools in the city of Leicester, Leicestershire, and the region in terms of progress and attainment and in the top percentiles in the DfE's published table of schools in the country overall.
