Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Salisbury

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join a brilliant, forward-thinking GP practice in Salisbury. The Role:

• Deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population

  
  

• Conduct acute minor illness clinics and chronic disease management

  
  

• Prescribe independently (ideally), with autonomy in clinical decision-making

  
  

• Support same-day access, triage, and urgent on-the-day demand

  
  

• Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and wider MDT to ensure joined-up care

  
  

• Contribute to clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
