Job Summary
Develop and deliver individualized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student. Enhance their study skills, organizational abilities, and time management techniques. Conduct in-person or online tutoring sessions, collaborate with other professionals, and maintain accurate records.

RequirementsProven track record of success in supporting students' academic progress. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs) is desirable. Strong organizational and time management skills. Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualification/EducationRelevant qualifications in education or tutoring. Membership with BDA, ADSHE, Dyslexia Guild, or PATOSS preferred.
ExperienceExperience in providing study skills support to students. Experience working with students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs) is highly desirable.
SkillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong time management abilities. Ability to develop and deliver individualized learning plans. Proficiency in providing both in-person and online tutoring sessions.
