Summary

Industrial Cleaner

Location: Poole & Bournemouth

Hours: 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday temporary

Salary: £13.05 per hour

Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking an experienced industrial cleaner, required by their client This role offers full-time work on a temporary basis, working dayshifts.

What are we looking for?

Someone with Industrial or Cleaning experience.
Full UK driving licence
Able to work in a small group of people.

Main responsibilities:

· Under the direction of the Cleaning Supervisors/Operations Managers, carry out cleaning duties at BBC venues.

· Carry out cleaning routines as per a schedule or as directed by management. This will include inside areas, and external areas such as car parks and surroundings, under the business unit's control.

· Carry out a full range of cleaning routines in all areas, including toilets, to a high standard thus ensuring the building is always clean and hygienic.

· Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when on duty or as deemed necessary in accordance with the relevant BBC policy and Health and Safety regulations.

· To ensure that relevant actions are taken to meet all Health and Safety requirements whilst carrying out cleaning duties.

· To wear any uniform provided by the Council whilst on duty.

What else do I need to know?

· Mon to Thurs 7.30 to 3.30, Fri 7.30 to 3PM

· Temporary position

· Working in a team of 2 or 3 in and around the Bournemouth and Poole areas.

· Shifts start and finish at the depot (where teams meet and the vans are based),located either at Coy Pond or Kings Park. Parking available at both locations
