Summary
Maintenance Coordinator
Sheffield
ASAP start (18th June ideally)
£12.60ph plus holiday (£14.12 premium rate) Or £16.34ph Umbrella
Working hours 8:30-5, Monday to Friday. Paid 40 hours per week
Based in Sheffield
5 days in the office, no home working (free parking)
Temporary position reviewed on a rolling contract reviewed on a month by month basis.
Full duties:
* Log, track, monitor and update internal systems and external portals.
* Raise new jobs in the systems from details taken from client portals, customer calls and purchase orders.
* Promptly respond to client, supplier, sub-contractor and engineer communication.
* Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their requests and ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
* Schedule work with engineers and subcontractors.
* Checking documentation and costings.
* Create quotes/estimates.
* Process purchase orders.
* Place orders for materials, plant and hire.
* Liaise with Engineers to ensure they have the right information and equipment to complete jobs.
* Generate reports.
* Act as the primary point of contact for all customer-related enquiries.
