Summary
Clean assigned public areas throughout the hotel (Lobby, hallways, bathrooms, lifts, restaurant and bar area).
Removes rubbish in all public area and public bathrooms /toilets.
Clean all mirrors, inside of windows, wipe and dust all surfaces; keep all metal surfaces shiny.
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, polishes floors and Vacuum where required.
Ensure walls are free from dirt and stains.
Lend a hand to colleagues in other areas of the Housekeeping Team when requested by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Fulfil any reasonable requests from our guests to ensure that you can satisfy their comfort, security and Safety.
Must follow at all times Group Policies and procedures with regards to Fire, Health & Safety, Security standards.
Record and store and left behind / lost items.
Reporting any defects, maintenance or repairs within the public areas as soon as possible on the hotels maintenance recording system.
