Summary

Location: North Birmingham
Hours: 7:30am – 9:00am (Monday to Friday)
Pay: £11.21/hr (ages 18–20) | £13.69/hr (ages 21+)
Contract Type: Temporary (via TeacherActive Supply Agency)

We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Morning Club Assistant to join a vibrant 3-form entry Primary School in North Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about working with children and looking for part-time work during term time.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Supporting Teaching & Learning.


  • Have at least 6 months of experience working with children in a school, nursery, or similar setting.


  • Be available to work Monday to Friday from 7:30am – 9:00am.


  • Be happy to work in other schools in the North Birmingham area if required.


  • Be able to provide two references from recent employers or educational institutions.


  • Have an up-to-date Enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for a new one.


    About the Role:

    • Supporting children during breakfast time and morning club activities.


    • Helping with safe drop-off procedures and general supervision.


    • Creating a welcoming and positive environment for all pupils.
