Introduction

We are supporting a high-performing and inclusive secondary school in Oxfordshire to recruit a French Teacher for a September start. The school has a strong reputation for academic achievement, excellent behaviour, and a welcoming, community-driven ethos. With excellent facilities and a well-established MFL department, this is an ideal opportunity for a French Teacher looking for a fresh challenge or a supportive environment to complete their ECT years.

Main Responsibilities

• Teach French across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available for the right candidate)

  
  

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

  
  

• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback

  
  

• Contribute to department development and curriculum planning

  
  

• Support extracurricular opportunities such as trips and clubs

  
  Requirements

  • QTS (or equivalent) with specialism in French

    
    

  • Ability to teach French up to at least KS4

    
    

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

    
    

  • Passion for language teaching and cultural learning

    
    

  • ECTs and experienced teachers welcome
