About You

You will be a Qualified Solicitor, minimum 3PQE, with a current Practising Certificate and a proven track record in contentious probate. We're looking for someone with:

- In-depth experience in Inheritance Act claims, will validity challenges (capacity,
undue influence, fraud), trust disputes, proprietary estoppel, and

- Proficiency in ADR techniques, including mediation and early neutral evaluation.
- Strong advocacy and court representation abilities.
- Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and case management skills.
- Tech-savviness with legal research, document management, and digital filing
systems.
