Summary
Reception/diagnosis/treatment of new patientsAssist the Consultant in treating patients in review clinic both face to face and virtual.Provide support to junior doctors including procedures.Facilitate ward rounds in AMU and Short Stay Unit. Assist in teaching junior members of staff in the department.Act as team leader in the reception/diagnosis/treatment of trauma/seriously ill patients in the absence of the ConsultantMaintain a satisfactory standard of education as determined at the yearly performance reviewProvide prospective cover for colleagues absence.Participation in departmental teachingParticipate in quality improvement andAudit Please see full Job Description attached
