Summary
Please look at the attached JD To complete on a daily basis essential administrative tasks, particularly in entering appointment outcomes onto the computer and updating patients demographic details. To complete podiatry treatment records in adherence with national and local record keeping policy. To undertake patient and clinic cancellation as required according to departmental and patient needs to include postponement and re-prioritization of patient lists as necessary. The job description is not intended to be exhaustive and it is likely that duties may be altered from time to time in the light of changing circumstances and after consultation with the post holder To communicate effectively with patients, carers and families to ensure residents feel enabled to manage their foot or nail conditions if they do not meet the criteria to be seen by the service.
