Key aspects of the role:
Working within the Social Housing sector, primarily decarbonisation and refurbishment, to produce seamless results for local authorities.
- Overseeing the works, leading the Trades & Labours team, Tenant Liaison Officers, and sub-contractors.
- Planning the project to ensure it runs smoothly and health and safety is adhered to.
- Using your knowledge of Solar, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Roofing, EWI and Permeable Paving to drive the project to success.
What you'll need:
- Strong experience in Social Housing - primarily refurbishment, not new build
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid at work
- UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
