1:1 Teaching Assistant - Primary School in Crawley
Are you passionate about making a difference in a child's learning journey? We are looking for a committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support children with Autism, ADHD, and behavioural needs in a mainstream primary school in Crawley. This role is ideal for someone with experience in SEN support who can build strong relationships and provide tailored assistance.
About the Role:- Work closely with a child on a one-to-one basis, providing individualised support.
- Assist the class teacher in creating a structured and engaging learning environment.
- Help the child develop key skills, manage triggers, and build confidence in the classroom.
- Encourage positive behaviour and implement strategies to support learning objectives.
- Full-time position, term-time only (Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30)
