General Cleaning Operative

Acorn by Synergie are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking General Cleaning Operative to join our client's team in a hands-on role that supports the cleanliness and organisation of the factory.

Location: Dunkeswell - Honiton area - must have own transport

Hours: Monday to Thursday 06.00 - 16.00, 38 hours basic hours

Pay Rates:

  • Basic pay: £13.50 per hour
  • Overtime: £20.25 per hour after 38 hours completed
  • Sunday rate £27.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • General cleaning of the production and surrounding areas.
  • Basic maintenance tasks - gardening, weeding.
  • Re-boxing and palletising waste.

Requirements:

  • Good attention to detail.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not required.
