The Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Year 1 Class Teacher who brings a wealth of experience and a desire to shape the future of early education.
This is more than a classroom role - it's an opportunity to mentor, innovate, and contribute to whole-school development. Subject leadership or phase leadership responsibilities are available for the right candidate.
Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS with some years of teaching experience, ideally in KS1
- Proven track record of raising attainment and delivering outstanding lessons
- Confident in leading phonics (Read Write Inc. or similar) and early literacy strategies
- Brings a reflective, research-informed approach to teaching and learning
- Ready to mentor ECTs or lead a subject area
- Committed to inclusive practice and community engagement
