Summary
We are looking for a qualified level 3 to join our team here at Charley Barleys.
We are a smaller run Nursery with your home away from home ethos.
We would need someone to come in and care whilst having fun with the day to day activities.

Role: We are looking for an experienced educator to support the management team in the running of one of our 4 rooms in the nursery. The right candidate will be a motivating and supportive team leader, who will ensure the daily running of their room through effective leadership of a team of educators. Furthermore, they will be a key person for a small group of children, for who you will be responsible for providing the highest level of care. You will build strong partnerships with the parents/ carers of your key children and provide a curriculum based upon the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) that is centred around their needs, interests and development. You will get to plan fun, exciting activities, both in and out of the nursery, and watch the children in your care flourish. You will build strong relationships with parents, colleagues and management, and be welcomed into the Charley Barleys family.
