We’re looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to play a key role in delivering our people strategies across the full commercial lifecycle, from winning new contracts to embedding long-term operational success.

Job Description
In this role, you’ll collaborate with P&C Strategic Partners and Centres of Excellence to design impactful people solutions, then lead the implementation of these through structured change and project management.
You’ll work closely with leaders and managers to embed best people practices, support positive working relationships, and ensure our policies are applied fairly and effectively. This may include supporting restructures and advising on complex employee matters.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and deliver people and culture strategies across the business area
Design and implement P&C solutions to support commercial lifecycle phases
Manage organisational design, restructures, and people-related projects
Provide expert advice on employee relations, policies, and employment law
Lead on complex ER cases, TUPE, and union engagement
Support and coach the People & Culture team to build capability
Attend and contribute to operational and P&C strategy meetings
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong HR generalist with multi-site experience in B2B services
CIPD qualified and/or degree educated
In-depth knowledge of UK employment law, including TUPE and unions
Proven background in employee relations and business partnering
Experience managing HR projects and organisational change
Confident in supporting operational leaders across diverse teams
Ideal for someone ready to grow from an existing Business Partner role
