About the Role:

Nurseplus is looking for dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Workers to join our expanding team, supporting clients with complex health needs in their own homes. You'll be delivering person-centred care to individuals living with a range of conditions, such as spinal injuries, brain injuries, degenerative disorders, or long-term physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialist care based on individual client care plans, including:

    • PEG feeding, catheter care, tracheostomy care, ventilator support, or epilepsy management (depending on client needs)



    • Support with personal care, mobility, medication, and emotional wellbeing


    • Work collaboratively with family members, nurses, and other professionals


    • Record care accurately and report any concerns or changes promptly


    • Promote independence, dignity, and respect at all times


    • Assist with social engagement and daily living activities


      What We’re Looking For:
      • At least 6 months of professional care experience (complex care preferred)


      • A compassionate and reliable approach to supporting vulnerable individuals


      • Experience with clinical tasks such as tracheostomy, suctioning, or PEG (training may be provided)


      • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete)


      • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous


      • A clear Enhanced DBS check (we can help with this)


      • Eligibility to work in the UK
