JOB TITLE: PERSONAL TUTOR (MATERNITY COVER)LOCATION: KING'S LYNNHOURS: 30 HOURS, TERM-TIME ONLY (36 WEEKS)SALARY: £16,636 - £17,219 PER ANNUM (£24,734 - £25,601 FTE)THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE FOR UP TO 12 MONTHSCWA prides itself on the way we support all of our students, regardless of their backgrounds and personal circumstances. Personal Tutors are a critical part of the support in place across each of our campuses providing academic support and guidance, with the focus being on supporting learners with their education through the development of personal action plans, liaising with academic staff, regular meetings with students and their advocates and collating and maintaining meaningful data. This role will have a particular focus on behaviour including attendance.Our A Level students benefit from their own suite including dedicated classrooms and a common room. They are all currently provided with technological support through the provision of laptops for their studies, and we continually invest in resources to maximise the learning potential for all students.We pride ourselves on our approach to the work life balance of our team and actively support job share and flexible working opportunities. We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving A Level team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength.
