We are hiring for Room Leaders at the following settings:
✔ Aire Park Nursery (LS10
✔ Bardsey Nursery (LS17)
✔ Granary Wharf Nursery (LS11)
✔ Moor Allerton Hall Nursery (LS17)
✔ Moorlands Nursery (LS16)

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
✔ Experience working in a nursery setting, ideally as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
✔ A passion for early childhood education and development
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise nursery staff to ensure high-quality childcare and early childhood education practices.
Develop and implement engaging educational activities tailored to children's developmental needs.
Foster effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and well-being.
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their social and emotional growth.
Collaborate with team members to enhance nursery operations and address any challenges that arise.
