Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Driver to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a forklift truck to move, locate, load, and un load goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift trucks (Counterbalance) safely and efficiently
- Load ,and moving stock into storage areas
- Ensure all products are stacked correctly and safely
- Conduct daily safety checks on the FLT equipment
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and complete paperwork as required
- Assist with other general warehouse duties when necessary
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics staff
Requirements:
- Valid FLT Licence (Counterbalance)
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse or distribution environment
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with shifts and overtime when required
- Good communication and team-working skills
Working: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm
Pay: £12.50 per hour
This is a temporary role that could go permanent for the right candidate.
