Summary
Warehouse Operative | Rugby – 38 hours per week | Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:15 pm, and Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm | Full Time | £24,126.96 at £12.21 per hour - £25,242 at £12.74 per hour
Our client is a well-established French technology manufacturing company whose products are sold B2B into the Automotive, Industrial, and Agricultural markets via distributors.
They are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join their friendly and relaxed team. This is a hands-on role where your positive attitude and passion for getting the job done will be highly valued. The company is small but growing, with a team of 50 overall and a close-knit warehouse team of 4.
Are you the right person for the job?
• Attention to detail is paramount
• A "can-do" attitude with a team-first mentality
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Valid Forklift Truck Licence (Counterbalance or Reach), preferably. Training can be provided for the right candidate
• A strong sense of responsibility and accuracy in your work
What will your role look like?
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Conducting stock takes and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Updating warehouse records and documentation
• Using Microsoft Excel and Outlook for daily tasks
• Reporting stock discrepancies
• Booking deliveries with customers and inputting deliveries on carrier portals
• Receiving and processing incoming Inventory
• Performing general warehouse duties as required
