About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Management Systems Consultant and Trainer to join our team. In this client-facing role, you’ll deliver high-quality consultancy, training, and auditing services across a range of management systems standards to a range of clients. You’ll work collaboratively, helping businesses improve performance, achieve compliance and build lasting relationships. In addition, you will:
• Deliver tailored consultancy and training on management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001, either independently or as part of a team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, from initial engagement through to long-term support and membership retention.
• Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate client systems against relevant standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and present engaging training sessions, sharing your expertise to upskill client teams and support continual improvement.
• Travel to deliver services on-site, or working remotely using Microsoft Teams as appropriate, offering flexibility and variety in your work environment.
About you
We’re seeking a confident, qualified professional with hands-on experience in quality, environmental, health & safety, or information security management systems. You’ll be a proactive, client-focused consultant and trainer who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings real-world insight from working in or with industry. Your ability to build trust, deliver value, and communicate clearly will be key to your success in this role. In addition, we are looking for someone with:
• IRCA-qualified auditor with practical knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 27001.
• Client-facing consultancy experience, with the ability to build rapport, understand business needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Strong understanding of management systems implementation, with a focus on performance improvement and compliance.
• Confident communicator and trainer, capable of designing and delivering engaging training sessions to diverse audiences.
• Industry insight, ideally gained through hands-on roles in quality, environmental, health & safety, or information security functions.
What we offer
Our pay structure reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights. For this role, the expected salary range is between £39,780 and £51,000 per annum. Actual salary on offer will depend on relevant skills, knowledge, qualifications and experience, and will be accompanied by a range of excellent benefits including:
