Maintaining our homes: Void Property Cleaner at Kingdom Group

communities. With housing challenges across Scotland, the work we do has never been more important. Our Asset Operations Team works together to provide a high quality maintenance and repair service for the Kingdom Group.
To support this vital work, we’re recruiting for a Void Property Cleaner. This is an
exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will help to maintain homes within the Kingdom Group, supporting our vision of Great Homes,

The Role
As a Void Property Cleaner, you’ll:
● Carry out property clearances and full house cleans ready for new tenants.
● Undertake general labouring and basic multi-skilled work.
● Ensure we are committed to delivering as One Kingdom to provide the highest
standard of service to all of our customers.
● Take and record inventory of the full contents of the property.
● Participate in the emergency on call rota if required.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
● Has understanding of Health and Safety legislation
● Has experience in working in a customer facing role/providing customer service
● Can manage own workload and work with minimal supervision
