Summary
Promoting Independent living through Care and Support with daily tasks.
Establish and maintain positive and trusting relationships with our young people.
Flexible working essential as role includes days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleeps.
Ensuring we provide young people with a place they feel at home.
Possess strong written and recording skills.
Have good inter-personal skills and be a positive team player.
A desire to engage, motivate and encourage the young people in our home.
Full Driving Licence
Level 3 Children and Young People NVQ
Experience of working with and supporting young people who may be vulnerable.
Participate in Activities.
Start off pay £12.45 per hour
**Due to the nature of this role we conduct Enhanced Background checks through to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for all hired personnel.
All Applicants must have the right to work in the UK**
