Summary
Please see full Job description Timetable The contract is a standard 10 PA per week rota with a split of 8.5 direct clinical care (DCC), 1.5 sessions continued professional development (CPD). Specialty doctors will work on an annualised self-rostered rota. They will be expected to work across all shift types, this will include working 1 in 4 weekends. Other shift types are days, mids, lates and night shifts. There are a minimum of two middle tier doctors on the shopfloor throughout the 24-hour period. Study leave time will be available for relevant educational activities the entitlement is 10 days per annum. Managerial and Leadership The post holder will be clinically accountable to the consultant of the day - the Emergency Physician In Charge (EPIC). Managerially: the post holder is accountable to the Service Line Director of ED
