Summary
The Rota Co-ordinator will lead and co-ordinate medical rotas, whilst working in a supportive environment. The role has been developed to improve and support the working lives of our clinical teams with respect to the following: Management of on-call clinical rota Management of rota to ensure resident doctors in training attend education events to meet trainingrequirements Allocation of doctors on wards, in clinics, theatres and elective caesarean section lists Allocating medical staff to additional theatre lists and clinics as required FULL JOB DESCRIPTION ATTACHED
