Summary

Warehouse Operative

Location: North Cadbury, Somerset
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 6:00pm – 2:00am
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives and Loaders for a busy distribution site based in North Cadbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Picking and palletising customer orders accurately and efficiently


  • Loading and unloading goods


  • Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised


  • Following all health and safety procedures


    The Ideal Candidate
    • Comfortable with physical work – this is an active, hands-on role


    • Able to stay calm and organised in a busy environment


    • Good communicator and team player


    • Reliable and punctual


    • Must have own transport or a reliable way to travel to site (due to rural location)
