We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Catering Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Corporate Services – Catering Operations.
As an Assistant Catering Manager you'll:
Build strong relationships with clients and the Sodexo onsite team to deliver a robust, high-quality catering offer
Support menu development, sales growth, and delivery of hospitality services that are fresh, innovative, and customer-focused
Assist with managing team performance, budgets, food safety compliance, and financial reporting
Help drive operational excellence while ensuring adherence to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and company procedures
What we're looking for:
Proven success in a similar catering management role, ideally within a high-volume corporate environment
Experience leading and developing teams, with excellent communication and client relationship skills
Professional qualifications or strong knowledge in catering, food safety, and compliance standards
Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and perform under pressure
Passion for delivering quality food and exceptional customer experiences
