Technical Solutions Director
No fixed location,covering various Corporate Services accounts
Sodexo is seeking a Technical Solutions Directorto providestrategic leadership in hard services across integrated and single-servicecontracts. This is a client-facing role that supports new and growing business,ensuring high-quality delivery from construction through mobilisation and intosteady-state operations.
Your Role
In this pivotal role,you will:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on new and expanding contracts.
- Oversee mobilisation and ensure operational readiness for hard services.
- Support the definition and implementation of target operating models.
- Represent Sodexo and our clients in technical forums and mobilisation meetings.
- Manage risks and ensure timely, high-quality handovers for facilities management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hard services mobilisation efforts within the Corporate Segment.
- Contribute technical expertise to bid development and delivery model assessments.
- Ensure compliance and assurance processes are fully evidenced and signed off.
- Develop and maintain governance documentation (e.g., risk assessments, lifecycle information, logbooks).
- Support site teams with technical problem-solving and regulatory compliance.
- Act as liaison between client stakeholders and Sodexo functional teams.
What You Bring
- NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status, or working towards accreditation (e.g., IET, RICS, IWFM).
- Strong understanding of engineering compliance, best practice, and CDM Regulations 2015.
- Demonstrated experience managing people, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (Maximo desirable).
- Proven ability to manage complex issues, prioritise effectively, and implement innovative solutions.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills, especially within a corporate client environment.
