Staff Nurse - Radiology
Band 5
37.5 hours - Permanent
We are looking for enthusiastic hand highly motivated Radiology Staff Nurse to join the Nursing Team within the Radiology Department at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.
You will work across CT, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy and Breast Imaging and the nature of your work will be varied. You will also have an advocate/chaperone role on behalf of both the patient and staff during intimate or invasive procedures. Candidates should have a flexible approach to changing patterns of work
Applicants should have good keyboard skills and preferably experience in using basic computer packages, including hospital systems.
To work alongside the Nursing Team within Radiology and the wider Radiology MDT. As a registered nurse you will be expected to ensure efficient and timely assessment, planning, and care of patients who undergo diagnostic, interventional, and therapeutic procedures across all
modalities.
