An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Operations Assistant to work within the University of Glasgow, Garscube facilites.
In this customer facing role you will work within a team responding to member’s needs maintaining the excellent UofG facilities and equipment, providing exercise advice and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
This post is part time (20.5hrs per week) and open ended. The Senior Operations Assistant will work on a rotating 2-week schedule, including weekday/weekend (Week 1; Mon Off, Tues Off, Wed Off, Thurs 17:00-22:30, Fri 15:45-20:30, Sat 08:45-18:00, Sun Off. Week 2; Mon 17:00-22:30, Tues 17:00-22:30, Wed 17:00-22:30, Thurs 17:30-22:30, Fri Off, Sat Off, Sun Off) . A flexible approach to hours of work is required, to best support the management of services, out with their normal working pattern.
