Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at the China Fleet Country Club which is set in 180 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside, just 15 minutes from Plymouth's city centre. We are a Country Club that offers accommodation, fitness & leisure, golf, dining, hair & beauty, weddings, conferences and events.
You will be required to work in all aspects of a busy brasserie, Lounge bar, functions and events.
Duties to Include:
· Serving hot/cold food
· Serving hot/cold drinks
· Setting up and clearing down events
· Cash Handling
You will need to be:
· Flexible to work hours in line with business needs
· Be a team player and enjoy the buzz of being busy
· Be smart and well presented
Must be 18 and over due to serving alcohol unsupervised
Previous bar and/or food service experience is desirable
A Food Hygiene Certificate, Personal Licence and a First Aid at Work Certificate would be an advantage.
Hours to be discussed will be predominately evenings and weekends
Must be 18 and over due to serving alcohol unsupervised.
