Summary
ThepostholderwillmeetandgreettheGeneral Public,Clinical andClerical Staffandwill ensureallreception processesare carriedoutinatimely andaccuratemanner.
The postholder will provide an efficient and professional Reception service ensuring qualityservicetoallusers.Thepostholderwillalsoberequiredtoundertakegeneralclericaldutieswithinthe reception.
Tohaveaflexibleapproachinprovidingadminsupporttothemulti-disciplinaryteamsworkingwith a client group with mental health problems. There will be client and carer telephonecontact and also, face-to-face contact at some sites and therefore, good communication skillsareessential.
To meet the needs of the Trust services, you may be required from time to time toworkoutsideofyournormalareaofwork.TheTrustreservestherighttochangeyournormal area of work to any other location within the Trust. There may be a requirement to providecover forother North Manchestersitesreceptionareas.
· Provideadminsupporttotheclinicalteam.
· Ensurethatsufficientstocksofstationeryareavailabletomeettheneedsof theteamwithout resortingto stockpiling.
· Monitoryour ownperformanceagainstagreedobjectivesasidentifiedinthe appraisalprocess.
· Ensuringgeneraltidinessofthereceptionenvironment.
· Supportingcolleaguesappropriatelywithtaskstobecarriedoutwhilstcoveringreception duties.
