Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice while providing excellent customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients upon arrival and schedule appointments efficiently.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding dental services, policies, and procedures.
Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially.
Process patient payments and insurance claims.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and support clinical operations.
Handle patient concerns and provide assistance as needed to enhance their experience.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using dental software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends.
