Summary
True Reflections is a newly established, trauma
informed children’s home for ages 5–18. We’re on a

What You’ll Do:
• Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day
operations
• Lead, mentor & supervise the care team
• Champion child-centred, trauma-informed care
• Ensure safeguarding & compliance standards are met
• Be part of an inclusive, supportive leadership team
What You’ll Need:
• QCF Level 3 (Level 5 desirable / willing to work
toward)
• 2+ years’ experience in residential childcare
• 1+ year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication & safeguarding
knowledge
• Resilience, compassion & flexibility
• A nurturing workplace culture
• Ongoing training & career progression
