Summary

Our small yet well-established client, who have ambitious growth plans, are a trusted name in their industry. They have a new requirement for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join their fun and ‘family feel’ team on a full-time permanent basis. Offices based in Gloucester, GL19.

No previous experience is required! You could be from the retail/leisure/hospitality industry looking to get into the office environment. They are looking for attitude over experience, someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in – they will provide all the tools and training you require to succeed!

Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with an existing customer base
-Respond to incoming phone enquiries and provide clear and helpful information
-Proactively generate new sales from existing accounts, identifying new customer opportunities where possible
-Prepare and send quotes to customers in a timely manner
-Liaise with the warehouse and logistics team to coordinate deliveries
-Follow up on customer orders, checking satisfaction levels
-Input and update customer data accurately on in-house systems
-Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required

Candidate Attributes:
-A positive attitude: reliable and team-oriented
-Excellent communication skills: clear, friendly, and confident speaking on the phone
-Willingness to learn and desire to succeed
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Organised with good time management skills

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience + free parking, opportunities to grow within the company, discretionary company bonus scheme, pension scheme and gifted days off over the Christmas period
