Summary
As an Apprentice Teaching Assistant you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission statement of “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish”. As an Apprentice Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Supporting a rich and engaging curriculum across the KS1 & KS2 in partnership with the teaching team.
- Encouraging curiosity and independence in children through high-quality learning experiences.
- Building positive relationships with children, staff, and families to create a nurturing environment.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of practice and provision in our education setting.
