About Us
We are a small group of warm, values-led nurseries based in Wiltshire.
Our values, "Safety, Acceptance, Fostering Growth, and Engagement", shape everything we do.
We are looking for a Nursery Manager to lead our Lyneham setting, nurturing both children and teams while building strong partnerships with families. Our Lyneham nursery is located in North Wiltshire just a short drive from Junction 16 of the M4 motorway.
This role is ideal for an experienced early years leader or a motivated, values-aligned practitioner who is ready to grow into leadership with the right support.
Job Role
• Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery with support from your Area
Manager
• Divide your time across staffing (30%), coaching in rooms (40%), and
leadership/admin (30%)
• Champion safety, safeguarding, and compliance with EYFS and Ofsted
standards
• Inspire and develop your team through mentoring, supervisions, and team
meetings
• Build meaningful relationships with parents, families, and the local community
• Help grow the nursery’s occupancy and deliver engaging tours to prospective
families.
We are Looking For
• Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
• Nursery management or senior practitioner experience
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities
• A professional, kind, and inclusive leadership style
• Passionate about high-quality early education
