-21 hours per week Part Time (will consider job share)
-Permanent
-£14,107 (Part Time based on 21 hours per week) + benefits package.
-£24,351 (FTE based on 36.25 hours per week) + benefits package


Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, Independent Living (IL) Housekeeping & Compliance Assistant, 21 hours per week and will consider job sharing for this vacancy. The role is based at Greta Garden’s, a modern Extra care scheme, located in the popular Lakes town of Keswick and only a short walk from the town centre and bus station.

We are looking for candidates with skills and experience that includes:

The ability to work unsupervised and to your own initiative
Cleaning and housekeeping duties
Working to COSHH regulations
Monitoring and recording of health & safety compliance
Managing security and safety within a workplace
