Summary

Responsible for carrying out internal and external enhancement works with in the Council’s Housing stock to the agreed service standard/specification
The post holder will act as first point of contact for the residents in the Neighbourhood and must ensure they deliver a customer focused service in line with best value.
The post holder will be required to work as part of a team or individually providing services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities include:

- Operational

- Deliver on estate enhancement works including (not limited to) external/ internal maintenance, vulnerable and shared garden enhancement, fire signage installations & basic handy person works.
- Support the caretaking service with estate improvement works

- Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal colleagues, contractors & external organisations to deliver enhancement initiatives.
