Meridian Business Support are recruiting Senior Support Workers to join a dedicated care team in Beccles, Suffolk offering full time hours on day or night shifts.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to residents, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and a fulfilling daily life.
Your Role:As a Senior Support Worker, you will be working as part of the care team, recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, as well as, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers. With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.
Skills & Attributes:
- Previous experience in a senior care role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Empathetic and caring nature.
- Full UK Driving Licence is preferred, but not essential
