The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:
• Join a dynamic, supportive Science department as a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant
• Support students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 in Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics
• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions to boost pupil progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, SEN staff, and the Head of Science to enhance student outcomes
• Build your classroom confidence, behaviour management skills, and subject delivery—ready for teacher training next year

We’re Looking For:
• A Science graduate with a 2:1 or higher in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or a related subject
• Strong communication skills and a passion for science education
• A confident, enthusiastic personality with the ability to motivate and engage secondary school students
• Any prior experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, summer camps) is a big advantage
