Summary
Hours: Full time – 35 hours per week/ 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)

We’re seeking an experienced and innovative project officer to join our People & Culture Team. The team are focussed on providing a simple, efficient and effective service to the organisation, enabling us to support our residents and our employees to thrive.
You’ll be responsible for the project management of key People projects. Managing the end to end process, ensuring projects are not only delivered effectively but are successfully embedded across the organisation.
You’ll be focussed on continuous improvement, always looking for opportunities to help us work smarter, not harder. A passion for employee experience is a must, using data and feedback you will identify themes and make recommendations to ensure our services are the best they can be.
You’ll build strong relationships and work in collaboration with internal and external partners, to deliver projects and achieve our vision. As the ambassador for new initiatives, you’ll deliver innovative communication and promotional activities to engage employees.

What we are looking for:
The essential requirements for the role include:
• Proven and demonstrable knowledge and experience in HR, Reward and Recruitment practices
• Knowledge of HR and reward disciplines and current best practice
• Experience of delivery and leading projects
• Up to date with advances in technology and working practices, keeping us future fit.
• Experience of creating and presenting information to stakeholders at all levels
• Technical HRIS knowledge is desirable
