What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Officer to join the FourCsAcademyTrust to provide maintenance, security and care of the Trust buildings, grounds and facilities. There is a shift pattern of work in place that includes early mornings, evening and some weekend working. The role will be based across schools within the MAT both Primary and Secondary and will be fully supported by a motivated and successful central Site Team. Strong personal qualities such as confidence, integrity and presence are sought. Consistent and effective communication are required together with the ability to use own initiative.
