Summary
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experience Legal Administrator to join Legal Secretary department in commercial litigation department to join a well-established, successful, and leading law firm in the Preston area.
Duties and Responsibilities for a Legal Secretary - Commercial Litigation:
• Completion of fast and accurate audio typing.
• Preparing and dealing with confidential documents and correspondence
• Ensure all information is correctly stored.
• Supporting clients with enquiries, this can be telephone, email and occasionally in person.
• Setting up case files, filing and archiving.
• Making appointments, arranging meetings, and managing multiple diaries.
• Any other Ad-hoc administrative duties.
Experience Required for a Legal Secretary - Commercial Litigation:
• Excellent organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS office and IT skills
• Ability to produce a high volume of work
• Focused with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Fully computer literate
• Outstanding customer service skills
