We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a dedicated team in a school that supports pupils with a range of learning needs. This role is ideal for someone who wants to focus less on admin and more on delivering meaningful, engaging learning experiences.

You will play a key role in helping children succeed by building supportive relationships, adapting learning strategies, and fostering an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment.

Role Details:
Full-time, Monday to Friday | ⏰ 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Support pupils across the curriculum with a tailored, needs-based approach
Build trust and communicate effectively with children to promote learning and well-being

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and support personalised learning strategies

  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

  • Encourage independence and active participation in lessons

  • Communicate progress and concerns to the teaching team and families

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN

  • A sound understanding of the national curriculum

  • Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one
