Summary
The Best Connection has partnered with a leading client based in Uddingston and is urgently seeking a cleaner to join their team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an immediate start.
What you'll be doing: Ensuring to use safe and effective cleaning practises that do not damage machines, equipment, or any of the surrounding areas. Undertake any hygiene/cleaning related tasks as requested and/or directed by other departments and/or senior managers. Perform and document any routine inspection and maintenance activities. Always adhere to company policies including the personal hygiene policy, using correct manual handling techniques, and always wearing the correct PPE. What we're looking for: To be physically strong and proactive during their shift (bags of waste can be up to 20kg) Have ability to work as part of a team and work alone. To have good time management skills to ensure all waste is disposed of by end of shift. Be good with numbers and calculations as paperwork used to record waste quantities. To provide support to other departments if company requires. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - 2pm-10pm or 4pm-12am (Midnight) Think you're the perfect fit?
